1st Day in Seattle

Dear Friends and Family,

Today is October 15th and we are sitting here relaxing after Mark’s first day at the clinic. Yesterday was a travel day – we arrived late last night and got to our place a little after midnight our time but it’s 3 hours earlier here. It was supposed to rain all day but after we finished at the clinic the sun came out and we had a few hours of good weather before it started raining again.

While he was getting his treatment I ran out to find a grocery store to try to find some things we needed. I had no idea what we were going to do about juicing and about our diet completely. When I came out of the grocery store I noticed a juice bar on the other side of the parking lot – when I went it to check it out it was wonderful! All the green juices and healthy raw dishes – I came out of there in awe of how God takes care of us – this place is 1 mile from the clinic!

We drove around some this afternoon and took in the sights – it is a great area – we are really looking forward to seeing more as the week goes on.

We are trusting and praying that Mark’s body will react well to the vaccine and it will do what it’s supposed to do.

Being at the clinic was a blessing – it was reaffirming to walk in and hear praise music and the doctor that worked with Mark prayed with him before we left – what a different place from the norm. We are so thankful to be here!

Thanks for your prayers –

Mark and Lee
